Community Connections
Community Connections provides homelessness prevention services; food deliveries and companionship visits for low-income seniors; and referrals to resources that assist with financial crises, including overdue rent and utility assistance.
Our Community Connection services are free and help low-income elderly and disabled community members live independently in their homes for as long as possible. We assist individuals facing mental or physical health challenges, those with limited mobility, and people unable to leave their homes frequently.
Through our Community Connections program, we provide free supportive services to combat social isolation and connect those in need with essential resources. Additionally, we deliver Senior Commodity Boxes to eligible seniors and coordinate volunteer visits to offer companionship and support.
If you require assistance, please contact our Community Connections Manager at 715-235-2920 x203.
